I placed an order on GrubHub. I'm not sure if the food was so bad because it was an online order or if it's actually that bad in... general. The dal was just water and nothing else. Was driving back home took a detour to Erie. Was amazed to find an “authetic” Nepalese restaurant. Taste is so authentic... reminded me of home. The ambience is also purely Nepalese. Would recommend anyone driving along I-90 to try this restaurant. Read more
I gave it two stars based on this: I made a reservation MONTHS ago for October 3rd. I even received a confirmation email... reminding me of my reservation. I get to the restaurant 5 mins early and it was closed. The sign on the door said we will reopenSeptember 27th. But to my dismay nope. This was supposed to be a suprise birthday dinner and that didn't happen. I read all ofthe reviews and due to everyone leaving great reviews made the decision easy. But after reading the owners comments to those whomaybe don't like the food, you don't care about customers, you care about money, which is all well and good but just be honestand admit that. My wife and I ordered some takeout at this wonderful establishment. -The lady who took our order was very attentive,... accommodating and nice. -Food was affordable and not expensive. -Very large portions -Amazing quality and taste We will beback! We had gone for lunch! Their momo were fine but the beat part was veg chow chow! We also ordered chicken chowmin but chicken was... too tough that we couldn’t eat. Restaurant owner was very welcoming and the ambiance would feel like Tibet! Read more
