Absolutely the best Mexican food I've ever had in Colorado. I grew up in Tucson AZ, and for a few months I've been craving the... stuff I grew up on. For what you pay the portions are huge!!! Went here based on reviews and was very disappointed. The tripa tacos are not good, buche is ok. The worst was the Chicharron... tacos, they use pork grinds and call them Chicharron. If you know what real Chicharron is you will be very disappointed withthese, see picture. Surprisingly the chicken tenders and fries are really good which is the only reason for a star. Also go getyour drinks at Safeway (same parking lot) instead of paying for the overpriced drinks that they buy at safeway. Overall wouldn'trecommend or return unless it's for a kids meals. Read more

New Mexican place in Erie. They opened 7/8/2019. Figured I’d stop by and try out the breakfast burritos. For $4.50, you get a... huge portion! I couldn’t even eat the whole thing...it was so much food! They made everything fresh and by hand...so it tooka little time to get them. But I’m ok with that. I’d rather wait for freshly made food, versus get reheated leftovers fromthe day before. Will definitely be back to try more things on the menu! Read more
We stumbled on this place a couple weeks ago and it was the BEST find. We've gone back already and it was even better than the... first time. We've gotten the street tacos - chorizo is the best. My incredibly picky son had been craving it - he can't getenough of the chicken tacos. I can't say enough positive - affordable, excellent quality - you went be disappointed. Read more
