Got there a good 30 minutes before close, there was a customer in the lobby. First we went through the drive through and was... ignored. Confused, we went to the window and the young blond barista looked at us twice and ignored us. We went around,confirmed the close time and the customer eating in the lobby. Went back around and she tried to ignore us again until westarted speaking into the mic. Only then did she say that they were closed?? The staff is SO nice here. The woman who works in register in the morning always has the sweetest greeting. Today i finally... caved and got he starbucks app so I could order ahead and I accidently sent it to the wrong location but didn't realize til Iwent to pick it up. Myke the manager saw the mistake and was quick to still prepare my order for me, free of charge and with asmile on his face. They are quick and pleasant. Read more
Well it was all fine until we went outside to look at the little figures along the wall in the (empty) drive through. One of the... baristas (younger, longer dark hair) leaned out the window and yells as loud as she could ?you need to get out of my drivethrough!!?. I?ve never been addressed so rudely, and would have responded to a polite request to leave that area. Based on hercontinued lecture as we walked off she seemed to have this impression we were up to no good. To be honest it made me feel prettybad and kind of ruined our day. I love the atmosphere inside and I ordered a peppermint mocha and it came out fantastic. A nice place to chill out as well and... relax. I recommend getting an Iced Peppermint Mocha, it's sweet yet rich and I'm sure you'll enjoy it too. Shout out to Johnnyand Mia for making my last experience awesome! Read more
Ordered 6 travelers for very early in the morning and they were happy to accommodate. Had to come back the next day to grab a... receipt, they found it quickly and even ran out and delivered it to me during peak rush. Thank you for always being soaccommodating! Read more
UPDATE 11:30am! I just got one coffee that took 40 minutes. The SB Erie Team is working their butts off behind the counter, but... are very backlogged. I suggest going elsewhere to help them catch-up. Happy Thanksgiving! 11:15am! As of right now, it?s taken25 minutes to get our coffee. Crazy busy inside for the TG Holiday!!
