The first issue came when our total was 17 something and my husband paid with 20. She only gave us the coins and not the 2... dollars cash. We had to sit and wait for her to finish taking another order. Then a manager had to come over to give us thecash. We only ordered 2 meals and a extra sandwich. We got asked to sit at the 3rd window after 5 min they came and asked whatwe ordered . They then asked us to move around the building. We refused to move the guy said they were backing up. This is the only McDonald's I like to go to. I usually go in evenings. Always fresh food. The staff here are incredible. My... daughter made a huge mess one day. We informed them and they cleaned it up not making a big deal about it getting us a new drinkwhich is what spilled. Then my fiance forgot to order a sandwich without the mayo and they remade it for us no problem eventhough it was our mistake. I will not go to any other one but this one and I always go inside to eat because it's always a niceexperience. No touch entrance and the updated bathrooms are made to help keep us safe which is great for my kid who catchesevery sickness :) Read more
I see these videos where irate customers abuse fast food workers, and I feel so sorry for the mostly young people. Well, after... asking this cashier at least 5x how a $3 bundle & a drink come to $5.48 and getting no explanation, and him not getting amanager to help. I had to walk out before ending up on You Tube for trying to smack some sense into him! Read more
This is an excellent McDonald's. The employees are very competent, efficient and pleasant. They also wear nice, "professional"... looking uniforms and all the employees appear to take price in their appearance, which is important considering they arehandling our food. The food is prepared quickly but carefully and is always fresh and deliver what one expects to receive whencoming to a McDonald's restaurant. Great job ???? I'm always impressed Read more
