The fries were cold, I got a mcdouble and it had two bottom buns ( no sesame seeds) and the bread was pretty stale. And I stood... at the counter trying to get someone's attention to give me some ketchup packets because my order was to-go, but I guess theywere too busy with drive thru. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald's. We placed a mobile order and were brought a completely different... order that cost significantly more than what we ordered. Even though I showed a screenshot of what was actually ordered themanager refused to make it right and was rude. This was after I went through the drive-thru and they couldn't find the orderand then after I waited another 20 mins. in the restaurant for the wrong order. I will never go to this McDonald's again! I am a delivery driver and I came to this location to pick up my order..it was utter chaos in the store for brunch time..the... store was a mess..the employee ignored everyone in the store...the only thing this company cares for is the drive through times.Fast expedition through a window. I watched a worker drop hash browns then pick it up and served it. I will not eat here. Notsafe or sanitary. Read more

Longest wait even with not very many people waiting for their order. I ordered just a drink and waited for 30 + minutes. The... workers were just strolling around not looking busy. Just wait in your car in the drive through. They don?t focus on anythinghappening inside. Read more
I will actively avoid this location wherever logical, and go to 119 and Colorado or Hwy 7 and Sheridan. This location is slow... and rarely gets an entire order correct. It's honestly a shock if it is correct. If I messed up at my job this consistently, Iwould no longer have a job. Read more
Absolutely terrible. Idk what they're putting in the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, but it was NOT chicken. My order came out... in less than 30 seconds, so It definitely was not fresh. Also had to stand there and wait until I saw the sign to "ring bellfor service " what a joke. These people want $20/hr, and can't even stand at the register. I refuse to use the self order kiosk. I'm only giving it stars because it's the best fast food breakfast IMO!! The rest of the food is garbage and I wouldn't want to... know what the meat actually is... So I only buy breakfast although the cut-off time has always sucked and they should reallymake it a few hours longer.... Read more
