Seems staffing is taking its toll on this store. I love dominos pizza but every time it seems they?re taking longer and longer... than the expected wait time. Paid over $40 for pizzas and the app says it was delivered. We ordered at 5:30 and now it?s 8:00 and there is zero pizzas... sitting at my door. Been on hold for over an hour with the store to request a refund. Will not order from this place again, whata joke. Read more

Very bad customer service. I understand that working in a food business delivery times are subject to change, but after an hour... of seeing the same message online I tried calling just to make sure everything was okay and my order was on the way. Aftercalling, management placed me on hold then hung up on me. Called several times management would not answer my calls insteadplacing me on hold several more times without talking to me. When I finally spoke with a team member he told me if I called backagain my phone would stay on the ringer for two hours until he?d be happy to help me and abruptly hung up on me. When my orderfinally arrived the driver was excellent but my order was cold and food tasted terrible. Tried calling this morning and the hadthe same issues with management. Unprofessional. Rude and disrespectful. Doubt I?ll be ordering again. Read more
