Think hospitality is dead? Stop by this place, they'll prove you wrong. The bartender is cordial, attentive, and a damn funny... guy to boot. Whoever they got running the grill is also on point. What a wonderful place with an amazing staff and awesome food! Our family came together and went out to celebrate a 60th wedding... anniversary there... The waitress found a nice bottle of wine to toast with, and they were so accommodating and personable! Weall enjoyed the delicious food, drinks, and each other. Love this place. Drove from Chicago and decided to take a detour from our road trip to Colorado Springs to go check out the... Lewis and Clarke state park in Nebraska on our way out from the park is all country road gas stations and restaurants werealmost non existent on this road. Finally passed a restaurant which we were so thankful for cause we were starving. Came inplace was lively and friendly. They close at 10pm we walked in around 945 and still received full service. Waitress said ifsomeone walks in at 10pm for some food the kitchen will stay open to serve them. Pool tables and foosball in the back of therestaurant. Our waitress and I'm guessing they were the owners gave us superb friendly service. Even offered to brew us somecoffee for our long night drive to Colorado. Food was excellent. Their little salad bar was impressive. Great cole slaw and crabsalad. My son ordered a steak and it was delish. All of us gobbled our fresh hot food down. I fell in love with this place if Ilived closer I would definitely be back. Decor was really cute too. Cant say enough good things about place. Read more
