Very terrible service. They microwaved my sandwich when I asked for a fresh one because it was cold. They thought I wasn't... watching. Update: Gave it a shot. They were greatly improved. Update: did a delivery for Doordarsh and saw them pouring sodafrom 2 liters. The orders took too long to be prepared and the workers were quite unorganized from what I witnessed while I wasthere doing deliveries. Read more
I don't like to rate fast food higher than a three but they seem to take extra pride to put out a quality product at this BK's.... Yup, burgers aren't thrown together haphazardly, and the fries are always crisp and flavorful. One of the better fastfood chainexperiences. Read more
For the short story, no burger in patty, lack of required chicken fries with my specific order for plain, not spicy, and... employees who want to waste my time. For the long story: I dont recommend. They give you no patties on your burger. I expecteda single patty with decent service, and they cannot complete the bare minimum. Its also tiresome they also mess up your order bygiving you less chicken fries and make it spicy when I requested for plain, so they fail to communicate. The employees there areokay, however the one on the phone told me to come back and return the burger just to give it a patty. Absolutely not, I'm goingto get another burger for free along with the correct chicken fries. If you can't do it right then do it again, no matter howmany times it takes I cannot accept the fact you actually think a burger patty doesn't go with the bacon King. With the simplestof instructions to craft a single bacon King and forget the most vital ingredient to the meal is by far the most disappointingexperience I ever had from this establishment. There is nothing exciting or outstanding about this Burger King EXCEPT FOR ONE THING. If you are a person who likes to have it... your way then you better stop here because if you are traveling north to Canada this is your last chance unless you do a sidestop in Wenatchee. If you are traveling east to spokane, this is your last one until airway heights a distance of about 100miles. If you are traveling west to Seattle 60 miles to Ellensburg and going south to Oregon stop in pasco, about 125 miles.This is rural America folks. Read more
Basically, it's the food place my grandkids beg me to go to. The service is good and they have an elaborate indoor play area... with seating. They seem to go out of their way to be family friendly. Read more
