I decided to order from Romas, after reading horrible reviews for customer service and time management skills. and the owners... pitiful replies to them basically saying they care about the customer, but dont offer to make things right. My dad placed anorder and the guy on the phone was a complete jerk to him. The guy asked my dad asked what size boli, after he mumbled the sizesand cut out. The guy snarkily replied with "uh I just told you!" Guy gets mouthy again and says it'll be ready in 20. Thatturned into 40 minutes... "Decent" food isn't worth horrible customer service. I really wanted to like this pizza, as their prices are very reasonable. We ordered a Sicilian, with light cheese and extra... sauce. Just looking at the pizza, they got that part absolutely right. It was delivered within the time frame they gave us, too.BUT? Unfortunately, the pizza was put in a box that smelled of mildew, and honestly, that is how the crust tasted. We ended upthrowing it away. ???? I?m guessing the crust picked up the scent/taste from the box, so eating in the restaurant might be asafe way to go with this place. It?s a shame, cause they got the specifics of the order right, but the flavor imparted from thebox rendered it inedible. ?? After this experience, we?ll never try here again. Read more

The pizza exceeded my expectations if I?m being honest. Crispy crust, pizza cooke just right. Overall flavor is just great. I... like a lighter pizza and this hit. I also got an Italian sub. That wasn?t bad either. I was more a fan of the pizza though. Itcan get busy but to me that?s a good thing about any place dealing with food. Read more
As a child in the 1960's and 70's, Roma was my favorite pizza joint. So many fond memories of eating pie and watching people... walk up and down Main St. I no longer live in Ephrata but met my sister for lunch there. I miss the ramped floor, the bareorange booths and linoleum floor as it was 50 years ago, but the pizza is still great. It's comforting to know that in Ephratathere is still a Roma Pizza, in the same spot, still making darn good pizza. Cheers to you guys. Read more
