Weekend service was great. The young man who served me gave me exactly what I asked for. The young small in height girl did not.... Twice she served me on separate occasions and I asked for the same drink I always order and both times she made it different andI was not happy. This location doesn't have a variety of donuts available either. I won't be going there again. Read more
The girl this morning (5-3-22) was absolutely amazing. They seemed short staffed, especially during morning rush, however she... had a smile on her face and was friendly during the entire process. She was taking drive thru orders, making drinks, and workingthe window. It did look like someone else was helping with drinks but two people during the morning rush does not seem like muchstaff to me. I hope this lady can get a raise for her kindness and awesome work! Consider calling before you go. This Dunkin is ALWAYS out of items. Specially bacon. And the sign is not posted till the... speaker so you wait in a long line, often 6 or 7 cars and get there for no food. ???? Read more
No light ice as requested. Cups are full of ice and cups were not even full with the drink. they were half empty. They placed... wrong doughnuts. And when asking about the wrong items they didn't want to redo it. There's zero apology or even assistance incorrecting the order. Theres no boston cream. No old fashion. No brownie batter one. I can keep going with the list. 12different doughnuts and we got multiple duplicates so we were cheated from what we ordered. Read more
Went to the dunkin donuts #351517 in Ephrata PA and had such a disturbing experience we may never go back to dunkin again and... we're regulars!!! - the beyond sausage sandwich we purchased was inedible, we took pictures and are trying to figure out how toupload them as the sandwich looks like it fell on the floor. The beyond sausage patty was only a broken piece maybe 1/3 of thenormal size of what we've gotten previously and it looked touched. We have gone to this drive through on several occasions andhave over looked stale donuts, missing cream, different flavors then ordered etc. and once even a credit card we had to driveback for because it wasn't returned... we tried to call at the store at the time of the credit card missing and the phonemessage bank was full so you can not call them or leave a message, we tried again today and it's still the in the same state.this one franchise while RUIN the entire chain's reputation. This Dunkin was absolutely the worst for quite some time. I had stopped going here at all, until a couple months ago when I... decided to give it another try, and I'm glad I did. It seems like they have an entirely new staff and management and I'vestarted visiting this location again multiple times a week and I always have great service and get good quality food/drinks.Great job on the turnaround!
