If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 11/17/2022, 5:50 PM - My husband placed an online order and asked me to pick it up... on my way home from work. When I got there to pick it up and gave them our name, the gal said she could not find our order. Shelooked us up on the computer, found our order and let me know someone had already picked it up. I confirmed that if someonepicked it up, it was not us, as we don't have any pizza in our possession. She let me know it would be a 10-15 minute wait toremake our order. I was annoyed but understand accidents happen. About 10 minutes into my wait, a customer named Fernando camein with an order that was not his. He let the gal know he received something different than what he had ordered. She was rude tohim, asked him what the issue was, had him pull up his order on his phone, realized she gave him our order (again, accidentshappen), and retrieve his correct order from the warming shelves. She takes the incorrect order from the customer and PLACES ITBACK UNDER THE WARMING SHELVES, instead of tossing them as health code would require. Now, I'm paying very close attention toassure that I do not receive the returned food items, for very obvious food safety reasons. She did grab me the two remadepizzas that had been baking while I waited but sure enough, grabbed me the RETURNED dessert sticks that the previous customerbrought back in. I let her know that I would not be taking the returned dessert sticks, (she asked why) and I let her know thatI saw what she had done. I told her that what she did is unsanitary and considered a health code violation. I told her againthat the returned items (the dessert sticks she tried to give me and also the two returned pizzas) belonged in the trash can.She ignored me and never removed the food items from the warmer. I asked for her manager's name, she said "I will not be givingthat to you." I asked again and she said "Nope, I will not be giving that to you." Mind you, not one of Read more
It was a little confusing for the staff . I understand a big rush was on and new employees. Most of the order was correct.
Way better then most other places in 20 miles. We use to be a pizza hut family, but the Enumclaw Domino's has completely... converted us to them full time. Great service, great pizza, and always on time. Read more

The order came with a litteral puddle of grease on top of the pizza box. The Alfredo was half empty with so little sauce the... noodles dried out and turned rubbery and there was no answer after 10 minutes of waiting on the phone. People pay you guys waytoo much money to be treated like this... You're welcome for the tip... Read more
Toppings were well proportioned on my large pep and bacon pizza. Slices were cut to the bottom so I didn't have a torn up mess... when seperating. Card payment doesn't seem to go through when paying for carry out on the app likely due to store policy. I justpayed with my card in store. I haven't tried delivery yet. Read more
Wow, what a disaster. I have guys installing ac and furnace today. They have been here for 10 hours. I order pizza, get a... message Anna is making it. 40 minutes later I call and say, no updated delivery time. I call the store and guess what. Sorry,going to be another hour. Totally unacceptable to charge for a fast food product and not be able to deliver it within an hour. Don't take orders if you can't provide the delivery in a reasonable amount of time! Pizza was good , but the wings.. no sauce barely, and so very dry.
