I have been trying to give this restraint chance after chance. There are a couple of good people there. This location always... gives me cold food! Don't waste your time or frustrate yourself and just go to CHIK-FIL-A! If you can read my many other reviews you will find I... hardly ever rate a restaurant poorly, however, this will be the rare exception. It was that bad overall. To start with therestaurant was freezing. The temp outside was in the low 50's and falling yet they had their A/C blowing hard and their ceilingfans all going on high. We could have gotten our food 'to go' but with 3 small children that would have been a bigger hasslethan enduring the cold. There were six in our group. (3 children and 3 adults). Our bill was $57.00+. We wanted/needed 3additional ZAXBY'S sauce. They would not 'give'it to us. They said we, "had to BUY them.". I objected and challenged theirposition and yet they held to it. I told them I do write reviews and would definitely express my displeasure publicly forothers to know. Furthermore, I told them I would never set for in another ZAXBY'S ever. They said they were, "sorry." I saidthat sorry was not good enough. We're passed by CHIK-FIL-A to go to ZAXBY'S. What a mistake! You can judge foryourself. Lastly, the order taker charged us for two (2) NIBBLER meals when were wanted just one. And, the staff wasconstantly yelling to and at each other. It is difficult to enjoy a meal in the best of circumstances when the staff isyelling, laughing, cursing, etc. with/at each other. Poor training and management is responsible for this condition. If thislocation makes it then it will be in spite of themselves and not because of good policies and excellent customer service. Iexpect they will not last much longer. If they don't it will be 'just desserts' that they brought upon themselves. Read more

Had the pleasure of having Monica take my order today. She was so friendly and spoke to me like she had known me my whole life,... which is a skill not everyone has. This establishment is absolutely pitiful! Only a handful of the drink options worked, no ice for the drinks, all the tables were... filthy, food took 20 minutes to order and another 25 minutes to be served, the restrooms were trashed, trash cans wereoverflowing, and the counter space behind the check out was cluttered in useless junk! The order was wrong, was charged forsauces and never received them, and the food was cold upon being served. Very disappointing, will not return. Read more

If I could give them zero star I would? When I pulled up to the speaker they did not say anything for 5 minutes and then when... they finally did say something they took forever to respond. Got to the window and payed and then they had us pull around whichI?m perfectly okay with. We waited 20 minutes for this to be the outcome of our wings that is not okay for us to have beenwaiting for 20 minutes. We went inside and asked if we could have teriyaki sauce since there was clearly not any on the wingsand she had a very bad attitude and threw the sauce at me so hard it left a dent in the sauce. I work at Chick-fil-A and I knownot every establishment is customer service oriented but having to ask for the bare minimum and then have the sauce throw at meis absolutely unacceptable.
