As with most businesses now it is understaffed, but the staff that was there was very friendly and had smile to everybody. I... would recommend them but you are going to have to wait even if you call in an order. People seem to take it out on the peoplethat are working these days and that's not fair it's not their fault they cannot get help. I picked up my pizza in the pizza portal which is so cool. For those of you wondering, when you order and pay in advance you... get a 3-digit number for the pizza portal, which is a compartmentalized heating cabinet with a keypad on the front. You justenter your code and, voila!, a door to your still hot and fresh pizza (or whatever hot food you ordered) opens, you grab it andgo! Read more
Convenient, pretty good pizza, and I have always had this one woman handle my orders, and she is always courtesy/prompt.
I really don't understand this store!! I ordered buffalo wings and I get some burnt wings with barely no sauce!! Smh!!!
Called at least 10 times. It?s always the case. People call to just pick up and go for lack of time. When I go and have to order... there I still have to wait 15 minutes or more to get a simple pizza. I thought it was grab and go? ??????????? when ever I haveto go inside it?s not even busy to where they need to ignore phone calls, so I?m not sure what their problem is. We have been regular customers to this store. The quality of service has taken a severe nose dive, well beyond what would be... expected during this time. Went there this evening at 7pm. Well within the 4-8pm time frame for hot and ready that they love toquote in their ads. Ordered a simple cheese pizza. Was promptly informed that the orders they were currently working on werealmost an hour old already and it would be AT LEAST that long before we could even hope to get one of their "Hot and ready"products. And now has gotten even worse. If you show up you get told you will have a significant wait, and their onlineordering isn't even working for you to order ahead. If I was corporate, I would take a serious look at the management there. They are failing on just about every measure. Read more
Tried to call a few minutes after 9pm...they don't close until 10pm...no one answered.....drove up there but couldn't... order....only purchase what they had precooked....pepperoni is fine but not our favorite....pizza tasted delicious and wasdecently priced but just wish we could have gotten something other than pepperoni!!
