I am a jack in the box fan, but the last visit was the worst. I had to walk by cigarette smoke from the outside cleaning person... before going in. Next, the clerk did not give military discount, even after showing an ID. Third, the drinks were limited inavailability (picture attached). Finally, the there was no response from the survey i filled out and gave them my name andphone number. The food was okay, but the overall experience was unsat. Read more
We went through the drive through and ordered 1 small fry, 1 medium fry, 2 tacos, and an order of egrolls. 45 minutes. We sat... in the drive through FOR FOURTY FIVE MINUTES!!?? And it is like this everytime I've been there since covid. There appeared toonly be 3 people working. If that's the case then theres is not reason the dining room should've been open. It's fast foodpeople. A 45 minute wait on fries!? Do better. Read more
Tacos were horrible. Also ordered 6 egg rolls. I always check before leaving because I live two towns away. They gave me the... driest onion rings I have ever seen in place of my 6 egg rolls. Had to wait in line all over again, to get my correct order.Please for the love of everything, clean your oil!!! Read more
Waited over 5 minutes to be greeted-after several employees made eye contact & walked past us with other orders. Took 15+ min to... get 2 lukewarm tacos. Women?s bathroom had no working lights over either toilet. Hand dryer didn?t work & no paper towels so Ihad to use toilet paper. Staff moved slowly & seemed not to have a care in the world. Went to Jack for a chicken fajita pita because I figured it would be fresh, they were out, along with egg rolls, hot sauce and... regular fries. So I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and asked the young lady not once but twice to please make sure it was madefresh. The sandwich wasn't hot and neither was much else in the order. This was a huge disappointment and after a nearly $40purchase, I expected a lot better. Read more
Worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to,we got jumbo jack combos,and tacos... grease needs changed,tacos were nasty..hard and... tasted like old burnt grease,so hard cannot chew,everyone tossed theirs in the trash,Burgers were dry but edible,they handed ourcups,and machine was out of almost all soda,dr pepper coke,and sprite,told employee but did not do anything,had to ask to fillour drinks from drive thru,night mgr,kept going out to smoke in front of main door,he ignored our comments about the food.I willstick to the Jack we go to in corsicana.Never a problem. Went through the drive through at 2:30 am on 9/12/21. The lady taking the order (Janessa?) sighed and said ?let me get to the... counter and we can only take cash. I placed the order and paid. She handed me the receipt, bills and coins on top and thechange fell on the ground. All the while there?s a lady standing behind her, glaring at me (see photo). At this point I nolonger trusted the food and asked for a refund. Had to wait while they called the manager to come up to the store (I?m fuming atthis point). I?m traveling, hungry and tired. The manager refunded my money, including the change that fell on the ground. Shewas very nice but she needs better employees. I won?t ever stop here when I go to Dallas. Read more
Absolutely fed up with this Jack! Never fails I have something wrong with my order but today is enough! Most of the associates... are high as hell when I go hence the slow and screwy service. I try to understand. Today I ordered a simple order strip meal 2tacos small CURLY fries and a sprite. Of course no receipt was given per usual and my fault for being so rushed with my holidayshopping I forgot to check as we were hurry to get home and eat. Onion rings was what they thought I meant by small curly friesI suppose! I do not eat onion rings but was charged for them so more money down the drain.
