On October 22, 2022 about 6:30 in the evening I drove up. 2 cars in parking lot none in drive through. No guest in the lobby.... Very odd for a Saturday dinner time. Anyway I sat there in drive through for 10 min no one came on speaker so I said can I ordernow they said give me a minute I said to my self already gave you 10 so far. Finally they said what do I need I was giving myorder they were rude kept interrupting my ordering. Laughing and being very unprofessional. I said you guys can just sit thereand laugh at customer they said yes we can I was like wow ok then. I said can I speak to manager she said I am the manager. Iwas like that's even worse so they kept doing thier Little thug life attitude so I said I'll just call corporate they said goahead will wait.. I said ok but I'll sit here in your drive through and finally I said ok I turn on my video as I went throughdrive through real slow I video two young girls in there goofing around I never stopped in the drive through . I went slow theysaw me video and try to hide there face. Too late I thought. So they realize and were saying F....you. you can't record usyelling this out there little window in drive through. This not the first time I had problem. My wife went in and they weregiggling talking Spanish. Lol my wife is Irish. But can speak Spanish and write it also. They were saying all kinds bad thingsbeing rasist talking about this white girl this and this white girl that. And my wife responded in Spanish and oh should of seenthere face.lol SURPRISE..LOL. anyway basically epic fail. Read more

I hate to give bad ratings BUT my experience was horrible going through the drive thru in Ennis!!! With our order, we had 4... large drinks. I asked for a drink carrier. As the window attendant was passing it to me, I had 3 drinks falling into my car, allover everything by splashing everywhere, it was horrible!! I was sooo mad I couldn't speak. There was no apology from the youngman. No response to the occurrence. Now, I will have to have my car cleaned professionally to get all of the sugary mess out ofmy car. The long bun chicken sandwich was a bit off as gar as taste. I didn't like it, a bit salty, it taste like chicken to be. It had... little to no extras besides some sauce. I don't know what it was. There burgers are good real beef. Read more

The best Burger King I have ever been to! Trust me I am not exaggerating, they are simply amazing. They always give me fresh and... hot food super delicious. Went today to BK and got the bacon king, is one of my favorite burgers. Service is great and food is always good and fresh!
Food is terrible. Staff is worse. The inside is dirty. Do not give this place your business. They need to be shut down.
