Louis Prima on the PA when we arrived! My wife got Shrimp Alfredo (15), I got the Eggplant Parmagiana (11). Both were... competent - delicious, but mine had a not-so-unusual flaw: Chef got in a hurry and the pasta wasn't given time to drain,resulting in a puddle on my plate. (something the server should have caught) Aside from that, a good portion of spaghetti withmy eggplant. My wife got the Tiramisu (6) which was moist, but not wet. I consider this place a close second to Tomato's inWaxahachie, and a good deal better than Prego's or Campisi's in Dallas. Now I say: why bother with Italian in Dallas whenthere's Ethiopian, Korean, Nepalese, etc.? The best Italian is here in Ellis county! Read more

Favorite Italian restaurant in Ennis, TX. Housemade sauces and pastas. First photo: I had Chicken Florentine with Spaghetti,... excellent flavor, Second photo: David had Chicken Alfredo with their creamy sauce. The food, service, atmosphere and price is always right on!!!! My favorite go to place for delicious Italian. Yes, I ordered the... Caesar salad with grilled chicken and a side of sausage (doing low carb). My friend had the pasta and said it was incredible! Ifrequent this place and let me tell you, it?s a hidden gem! Great little Italian place off the beaten path of 45. Good food, plenty of seating, nice staff, decent price and nice atmosphere... with Italian murals inside.
