Online order missing wings. They can't deliver my wings to me because it was through door dash,(ordered off their website). So I... went to the store after speaking to the manager. Customer service ok. I've eaten at a lot of wingstops all over and this one is one of the best in having the food out timely.... Taking into account what many reviewers don't that with online ordering times may take longer than it seems it would if im theonly person in the building. VERY underseasoned to the point of wondering if they even seasoned it...even with asking for extraseasoning. Fries never cooked well done as I request. Read more
The young lady that took our order was polite. The other 4-5 people cooking the food didn't know what they were doing. No one... else was in the a tore but my family 5 minutes later 2 guys walked in placed their order to dine in. A few call came in rightafter. 10 more minutes pass by a we still did not have our order the 2 guys that walked in after us was served their food 2more guess that came in after us picked up their food and more people arrived to place their order. Overall it took us 45minutes to get three 6 piece combos......no apology no nothing. I will not be a returning customer. Read more
Opening day for Enid, OK! First time trying this place! Ordered online since do not have a long lunch break at work. For as busy... as they were, the service was fast, friendly, and I got back to work on time!! I only got a 6pc combo and it is delicious!!Can't wait to try something else!! Read more
