I love this store, everyone is usually pretty nice and it's always clean. My only issue is that 50% of the time, they always... make my order with regular espresso, when I specifically ask for blonde. They're always happy to remake it, but I wish I didn'thave to ask in the first place. Read more

When I placed my order today I was treated rudely by a barista and the. When I drove up to get my order while the window was... opened I could hear her talking bad about me! Right in front of me! And then on top of it she made my drinks wrong ! So I toldthe nice guy at the window to let her know I heard her talking about me , he replied ? yeah she knows? I felt bad for himbecause he was so nice and probably felt embarrassed for her! She should be ashamed and if the manager was working with them ,the manager surely heard her bashing and did nothing to stop it. Just bad came in order a Strawberry drink and a cappuccino and 4 cake pops,the girl didn't even ask for my name or give me my... receipt,so I figure it was fine since we were sitting inside waiting for it ,we wait for our stuff for a little and when theycall they didn't had my cappuccino,the guy said it was not on the receipt,walking out without the drink,they were not friendlyalso. There was a lady doing ice with blonde hair around 9-10 in September 9.2022. She was so rude to me, and I ve never had the drink... so badly. I order the venti iced macchiato with no ice. She gave me the venti cup with 2 inch top line empty. That s ridiculous,I d better order grande cup next time. And obviously?she ve no idea that the rule of Starbucks. I ordered my drink all the timein here, and always same customization. I don?t know what is going on this lady, and when I asking her, she gave me the faceunhappy and very rude behavior. Drinks were okay. Not worth the price in my opinion. Parking is terrible and the drive thru gets very congested sometimes.
