All tables dirty and sticky, floors dirty, fountain area has fruit flies and dirty. Had too wait 5 minutes to order because... server was on phone. Also took 20 minutes to get order out. All several dining area had lots of flies, couldn't enjoy are lunch.Will not return anytime soon. Read more
This place is on its last leg. Menu is down to about 60% in stock. Everything is sticky, floors and booths and condiments. The... single employee inside was courteous and polite though. No idea if they still have all you can eat Sundays, because the singleemployee wasn't aware that it was ever offered in the first place. Read more
Slowest drive thru I have ever seen. ordered 40 minutes ago, will update when we get the food. Okay the LJS Fish and... Chicken was hot and pretty good but the AW burger wasnt. My wife was comvinced it was microwaved and the bun was hard as arock. Read more
The food was excellent! Really good fried shrimp-more shrimp than batter and cooked just right. The only problem was the air... conditioning in the kitchen and dining area in front of kitchen wasn't working. The dining room off to the side,where we ate,was nice and cool, the air conditioner was working good. I felt sorry for the people working there because it was so hot, butthey were nice and polite and helpful. I'm sure we'll eat there again but we might wait for cooler weather. Read more
I had to wait like 10 minutes for my food and the fish fries even the hush puppies are not fit to eat. They taste like they have... been cooked in very old oil.. and the coleslaw taste spoiled.. 12.31 for nothing... Had to throw it all away..???????????? Read more
This is the most disgusting restaurant I?ve ever been in. Every inch of the floors are covered in grease and something sticky.... Every single table was filthy, condiment area was filthy and out of everything. The bathroom was unusable, as the toilet wascompletely clogged with paper towels and diarrhea. The food was beyond abhorrent. I got a fish and chicken platter, andeverything that came out of the fryer was literally coated in black specks from the old fryer grease and absolutely drenched inoil from the fryer not being hot enough. As a laugh, took a wad of napkins and tried to wring out the grease from one of mypieces of chicken, and the meat was so tough and dried out it looked like shoe leather. I couldn?t even tear it with my hands. Itook my entire plate of food I just paid $12 for and threw it in the trash without taking a single bite. I love LJS. This location was simply gross. The floors were so covered in grease that my boots slid. You could not walk or... stand. UNLESS they changed the recipe the hush puppies were 100% not LJS. Soft and nasty. When we realized that we did not getthem I literally stood at the counter for at least 4 minutes while the staff ignored myself and a guy wanting to order. Theymay be understaffed. I saw 3 people working and one employee had their 11 year old son hanging out with them at work. I wasGreeted by someone taking our order with that was wearing a v-neck and had their clipon keys hanging from the v-neck just belowtheir cleavage. Very unprofessional. The booth was dirty. This restaurant needs a lot of love!!! I second all of these reviews from the floor being nasty, the bathrooms stink, the window... sills are full of dead fly's, don't order a hamburger unless you like it cold and no flavor and the chicken from Long JohnSilver was decent. Read more
