Dalton the manager up there is really cool and nice I have bad hearing and didn't hear him right when he was asking if I wanted... a drink and so I didn't pay for one but when I asked about the drink he gave me one for free even after I offered to pay. Evenif Jimmy John's isn't as good as subway im going there again just because of him. Read more
The 6 inch sub the amount of meat that goes on that sandwich I call the store and the manger didn't want to replace it that was... really bad on her part this is why I come in the store so I can see what's going on. Read more
I have eaten at this store many times over the last couple of years. Maybe it's just me but I think when you knock on the table... with your bread and it sounds like a hammer on a door that doesn't seem fresh to me. Bread is either hard as a rock or fresh. Noin- between. It's a 50/50 chance that you'll get bread soft enough to chew. I would say three out of 10 times the bread isfresh. Maybe it's a storage issue, maybe it's a cooking issue but it's not consistently fresh in my opinion. Read more
Honestly I?m not sure why this Jimmy John?s is not rated higher. I frequently eat here and the worst thing I?ve had happen is my... sandwich was not cut in half. For a little they were having issues with the credit card kiosk but it seems to be sorted outnow. This place is a reliably quick, delicious Jimmy John?s sandwich. Read more
As you may read in other reviews of this location, freaky fast does not apply to them. We placed an online order, at 1 hour and... 30 minutes we called to see what was going on and were told it was out for delivery and would arrive any minute, 25 minuteslater we still hadn't received our food and called for a refund, they said they would give us our refund and call the driver andtell him to turn around. Fine by us since we weren't paying for it. They then called us back a few minutes later and said thedriver had come to our home and knocked, when there was no answer he left the food on the porch. This was an outright LIE. Wehave motion activated cameras with cellular alerts surrounding our home and on both doors. They lied to cover their butts. Myrightfully enraged wife hung up on them. I used to love Jimmy John's, but I will never give them my money again, as this is thethird time something like this has happened in recent months with no positive experiences. If your company has a slogan andclaim to fame, like "freaky fast delivery" you should really adhere to it. Or at least own up to your mistakes when they happenwith a sense of professionalism. Freaky fast indeed. The sandwiches are so delicious and love the bread also. The employees are always so friendly and go the... extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Our favorite lunch spot to come to when in enid. Read more
