Walked in with a smile. Was not greeted at all. I said "Hi how are ya?" She looked at me dead in the eye. No response. No how... can I help you. No welcome to five guys. I truly didn't even know if I wanted to stay at that point. Made my order. Husband hadto ask me if I wanted a drink because she didn't. No thank you, just a death stare the whole time. Burger patty didn't evencover bun...was falling apart. Cajun fries were delicious and on point! Won't go back. Horrible service. Probably the worst 5 guys I've been to. That said, it is a 5 guys... so it's still decent, just don't expect to be swept away by... the food. Oh, and the bathroom reaked last time we went. Workers are pretty nice though. Read more

Just moved to Enid from Miami FL, always loved eating at Five Guys. Happy to see that the customer service in this restaurant... was great. Burgers and Fries were exactly what I expected. Will be making this place a norm. Read more
