The waitstaff was very unorganized and not real worried about their customers. Restaurant was not busy. Rolls and salads were... really good. The rest of the order was messed up and food was just "ok". Some even cold. Waitress didn't care. The biggest dealbreaker to returning to this Restaurant was a member of our party witnessed a male kitchen staff member handle his bath roomduties and not just urinating, exit the men's restroom without washing his hands. We were a party of 10. The service was a little bit erratic busy acceptable considering the size of our party. We received our... salads literally three minutes before our entrees. Fortunately that was the worse part of the meal. The chicken fried steak wasstandard fare with white gravy. It had decent taste with nothing outrageous or poor for the taste. From San Antonio, TX here on business at AFB. Order a Strawberry pecan salad (add on steak, not on menu) cost is sperate... $9.99+6.99 salad. They have a stawberry dressing which was great (not sweet). Bowl was small, but food was great. The rolls arethe bomb and no extra charge. Beer was Dos XX and you know it, perfect. So love steaks and have ate all over the world? Steak house is an understatement for this Steak that was cooked like a grilled... pork chop.. I could not eat it or enjoy it AT ALL? This was our second trip as we were not overly impressed the first time, so we thought we?d give it a second chance. Our... waitress was great. The rolls are awesome. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Every other table was marked off but atleast half the staff was not wearing masks! Why bother if your not gonna wear masks? One set of our silverware and a plate wasdirty. The boneless wings were ok they were honey bbq and very sweet, just not my cup of tea but may be for others. Our steakswere cooked just as we asked and tasted great as one other entree we ordered. The last entree did not taste well. Hopeful theywill get these things fixed. Read more
