Menu board had the incorrect pricing... No one knew how to charge me the correct price for a 4 piece nugget?! Register rang 2.09... plus tax 2.39? I said to the young man "even if there was tax on food, which there is not, it wouldn't be .30 cents! Isuggested he get a manager who explained that the 2.09 was correct... I said ok, so what's the .30 cents for? With that said hevoided the sale gave me the nuggets at no cost and gave no explanation for the original over charge? Read more
Worst workers. We sat in the drive thru for 20 mins. Got to the window gave us the wrong good argued with us about it. The girl... slammed the window in our face after we asked if they charged us for the wrong thing. Horrible people!! Never going back Read more
This is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Terrable!! I've been turned away for breakfast at 10:15 am. I've had... food that wasn't cooked right. We will not be back! I have thrown enough money away trying to give them another chance. I'mdone!! Read more
Terrible, I ordered a #1 with cheese and made it a large. The wait was at least 15 minutes. Got food and started home to milton... and grabbed a fry thinking as long as it took I'll have hot fries well they were barely warm. Got home warmed up fries so theywere decent to eat. Got sandwich out and it was a spicy chicken sandwich which I can't stand spicy food. So all I ate was friesso this wendy's sucks. Read more
Would like to have the option for 0 stars. Started off with the very rude older gentleman taking our order in the drive thru. My... husband had to repeat the nugget sauce flavor 5x and then top it off he never even got the nugget sauce after all that! The guyhad a very impatient and rude tone. Not 1 item we ordered was fresh! Guaranteed fresh ya OK!?The pop was overfilled ready tobust and no straw! Burgers were cold and not fresh. Fries cold and had been sitting. Nuggets tough and cold. The bacon on theburger was crumbled pieces (more like bacon bits). The service was terrible and the food was worse! Why would you serve foodthat you wouldn?t eat yourself? Long wait in line then got cold fries!! Manager responded by offering me replacement on my next visit....whenever that may be.... Hopefully my next visit will meet or exceed my expectations. Well, expectations were NOT met...again! Long wait and those friesthey claim to be hot and crispy GUARANTEED were quite disappointing! They were neither hot nor crispy but I had waited over 15minutes just to get the meal so wasn't in favor of driving back around since the line was to the street!! Read more
Come on Wendy's this isn't acceptable. One bite and into the trash and I usually talk about how must better you are than the... other guys. Work 3rd shift and on my way to work and wasn't able to return this crispy burger. Sad and hungry Read more
We stop at Wendy's for breakfast went to the drive though and order sausage and cheese biscuits sandwiches. The order was wrong... they had egg on them I cannot have eggs. It cost us 15.00 dollars for 3 sausage and cheese biscuits. We will not go back toWendy for breakfast. Read more
