Burrito supreme was delicious! Soft taco a little hard but overall pretty good food..just wish they would open up the dining... room..What's the deal with that? I ordered a grilled cheese burrito deluxe box in the drive thru. Got a bag and half way home I opened up the bag and was missing... everything. Definitely got the wrong bag of food. I turn back around and go back to tell them this isn?t what I ordered. Gavethem the bag of food that obviously wasn?t mine and the receipt. The guy repeatedly asked if I ate any of the food . Which Ididn?t because it?s not even what I asked for. He handed me back the bag of food and said this was my food. ( no nachos and eventhe grilled cheese burrito wasn?t there ) the burrito and taco that were there wasn?t even apart of the grilled cheese burritodeluxe box. I told Him I just want a refund. He said to just come inside? which I replied that I can?t because I have a newbornin the car with me and don?t want to drag him out. He then grabbed the manager. She didn?t even ask what was wrong. Just handedme money.. as she hands me the money I just give her back the bag of food that wasn?t even mine. All I wanted was someone tojust remake or give me what I asked for. They had boxes of lids, cups, straws, among other plastics stacked up on a table right inside the entrance. The employees... themselves were not attentive regarding helping those waiting in line. The wait for the food felt longer than normal for howmany employees were working in the kitchen area. Still, I have always loved taco bell. The food was as good as the last time Iate at a taco bell.
