Was told online p/u order would be 25-30 mins, took over an hour. Wouldn't have been a problem if I had known.

Ordered a Pan pizza and it wasn't a Pan pizza. It tasted pretty bad. Ordered a 2 liter and they forgot it. All in all, $41.00... down the drain. Not worth it. Absolutely abysmal. Never ordering again. Read more

The rest of these comments are absolutely in line with my experience. Placed a delivery order and didn?t notice the delivery... time was 140 minutes. It took many, many calls to reach the store to change my order to carry out. The lady who answered waspolite and accommodating. Pickup was about 10 minutes beyond my pickup time. After I got home is when I noticed that one of mypizzas was completely incorrect and none of my requests were followed. I was going to give this location another chance, but Ivebeen diverted to an off site customer support line to place my order. Might try the Brookside location just because of how manypeople have stated the same thing. This location needs help. Edit: the Brookside location is just as bad. What ashame. Edit2: I tried it once again only by going to the store in person, placing my order directly with an employee andwaiting 25 minutes. In this case, the food was prepared correctly and timely. I will raise my review to 3 stars because whilethe product was good this time, I had to go to lengths a lot of people do not do anymore. Edit3: I have been back for carryoutorders and everything has been excellent. Not sure what was going on before but it seems good now. Read more
Two stars because some of the food was good. I had to wait in the store for 30 minutes past the estimated pickup with a group of... other people, because the employees had neglected to pay attention to wing orders. As a result, our breadsticks were cold bytime we got home. We then realized that they had also given us the wrong wing order. I would recommend looking for a differentpizza place. Read more
Didn't feel like going out for dinner last night. There aren't a lot of pizza choices with delivery near us. I'm not a fan of... chain restaurants but since our choices are limited choose pizza hut. Pleasantly surprised with the amount of toppings, themushrooms looks fresh and were huge, the wings had meat on the bones and were good. My only problem with this order was that itwasn't delivered for over an hour. That being said I'm leaving a good review because the driver that delivered the pizza came inearly to get my order out because they only have one driver at the time. Last night we placed an order at 8:11pm on the App. It said it would be delivered by 9:20pm. 9:20 came and went. Called the... store here in Englewood OH at 10:26pm. It rang for 3 minutes. Finally a male answered and acted like he could not hear me. Hethen said would you like to cancel your order and hung up on me. Tried to call again did not get through called the customerservice number-explained the situation and received an incident number to call back on Wednesday if my money is not back in myaccount. It was our 1st horrible experience. Charged $88 and never received food. Read more
