IF THERE WERE A 0 STAR OPTION THEY?VE EARNED IT. TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY?LL EITHER SQUEEZE YOUR BURRITO (LITERALLY... SQUEEZE IT IN A FIST) TO A CRUMB OR SIMPLY LEAVE IT EMPTY. I USED TO GRAB FROM THIS CHIPOTLE BUT TODAY I DRAW THE LINE. THEY ARETERRIBLE. NOT TO MENTION THEIR FEMALE EMPLOYEES SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE MANNERS WHEN RECEIVING MONEY OR COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS.IRRATE. Hope they close down. Read more

I had read the reviews complained about ?terrible service?. That was my experience. When I got to the register, I gave the... cashier a 20. She didn?t have change, but didn?t tell me, just yelled to the back of the house in Spanish. A surly soul emergedfrom the back of the house and left, then came back again with change. This whole process took a very long time and backed upthe line. The cashier shoved the change at me. No apology. No explanation. Obviously a person who does not like or want herjob. There?s a small authentic Tex Mex shop across the street and down a block. Far, far better choice. Read more

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. It was the worst Chipotle ever. I don?t care about service just want it to taste like... Chipotle. Cold and crusty tortilla, salt bomb fajita, dried out steak, burnt pepper taste?.Anywhere is better than this. Notreturning ever. Read more

New meal choice Garlic Guajillo Steak shows a picture with guacamole on top. I ordered the bowl today and didn't check my... receipt because I was charged an extra $2.90 for guacamole and I asked for a very small amount. No wonder the total order was$17.27. Chipotle, you're not that good!! Always remember to check your receipt, no matter where it's from. Read more

Poor service and poorly made online orders. It's not the first time either, at least the last time they said they were slammed... so you could forgive the errors. This time however I got a tiny burrito, a spicy burrito bowl that was supposed to be mild, andthey "forgot" the chips and juice to my son's kids meal. Chipotle has been in the news lately over their employees intentionallygetting orders wrong or under serving customers so I'm not sure if this is malice or incompetence. Regardless, go somewhereelse. This place is just something else. I?ve been to this location a handful of times but the last trip will be my last. I went in... for a takeout order and what seemed to be a teenage took my order. I had two different orders to make, one with dietaryrestrictions that needed to be done correctly. This kid proceeded to get one bowl wrong THREE TIMES!! I have patience in allsituations but this kid was getting frustrated at me after I told him ?no worries, it?s okay? when he got the bowl wrong. He wasmumbling under his breath and such a rude attitude towards the situation. Terrible service in all, if you end up here Irecommend you write your order down and just hand them that to avoid the headache and delay. Read more

As person who worked for chipotle a few years, this it NOT the standard procedure nor the quality Chipotle expects on every one... of their restaurants. What I noticed today is quite unfair. The dark skin girl who took my order was also taking care of ALLthe customers while the Hispanic ones is chatting looking at the other girl struggle on how to wrap burritos. One of them tellsher she?s busy and the other one is not paying her no mind, but NO ONE moves to teach her or help her k.o the line? the grillsstation is dirty!! All the meats on the line are dried or burn! (Steak OVERCOOKED) both rice Looks old by the cilantro color?both beans are dry? no line backer available to help restock the line and clean it for the young lady? No team work or foodquality !!! Than you have this pregnant looking lady with no uniform serving herself in the line while the dark skin girl takescare of everyone else? I don?t like favorites!!! And that?s exactly what they doing here?. Yah short staff cool!! Than startmaking all the orders in the front line and not on the side and yah can help each other!! Very disappointing day today, I?m a regular at this place probably 3-4 days a week same meal. 9/10 the bag is prepared and... behind the counter not on the shelf where it should be as Per the app instructions. Furthermore I?m a Spanish speaking customerto I always walk in say hello and ask for my order they usually ask my name I give it here you go sir and thank great exchange.Today was a different day. Walk in see 2-3 bags behind the counter say hello stand awkwardly to no greeting. Wait patientlywhile they take customer after customer. Then I ask can someone help me. Another young lady says your name I give it, again noresponse back not hold on one second sir it?s almost done nothing. I stand again for 2-3 more mins then ask excuse me my order,she then respondes I?m making it can you relax if your not happy cancel the order. This whole time I?m just smiling thinkingthis is the last time I come back here.
