The short: lovely place with lovely ladies who make fresh dumplings on site ????. this place is one of those "If you know, You... know". They make their own dumplings, they have their own ginger sauce and a BBQ sauce. This is a small location. You can buybags of frozen, handmade dumplings for ~$16 a pop (as to why they're so expensive, no idea -- mind you, this review is postCOVID, post Ukraine/Russia conflict). The dumplings are worth it. If you have the dumplings there, they are fried (I think?) anddelicious. Dunking them in sauce is mandatory. If you buy the dumplings frozen, they will give you a bag of ice but this willmost likely melt if you are traveling a decent distance. Also, their packaging for the dumplings could be a few mil thicker -- Ihad one bag rip in the store, and another bag ripped by the time I got home -- beware! Now, the awesome part? Just order theirstuff online. Unless you are dying for the fresh dumplings in your face, it is better to just buy it from them. Beats having tosuffer driving to this part of New Jersey. Read more

Delicious, fresh dumplings! I ordered for pick up. My order was ready fast, and the dumplings stayed warm until I got to my... destination (about 30 min away). I ordered fried veggie, fried kimchi and beef, and steamed pork. Despite what other reviewssaid, I found both the steamed and the fried dumplings to be really tasty and I do not prefer one over the other. I did notfind the dumplings to be too doughy. The filling to dough ratio was just right for me. Also, the gingery sauce is the perfectaddition! A little sweet and savory with a very light hint of spice. Thank goodness they sell bottles of it! Not the best dumplings I?ve ever had but they?re pretty good. Fried over steam here. The skin is pretty thick so steam can do... some traveling but fried is better if you do takeaway and want to reheat. I tried their beef (fried) and veggie (steamed). Theyare pretty decent but the it lacked any umami. The sauce that comes with the dumplings is probably the best thing here. Theysell it in bottles and I can have that just abut anything! Read more

No.1 Dumpling place in USA. They make their own Mandoo(korean dumpling). With Long experiance, these dumpling is super tasty.... 12kinds of dumplings, and you can buy Ginger soy sauce. Absolutley Recomend! Read more
The dumplings here are always on point; always order a platter for parties/events. Very busy on holidays, so order in advance... for platters since slots fill up. Dumplings can be ordered steamed or fried. Bags of frozen dumplings are available at all timesto purchase as well. They had more food on the menu pre-pandemic, but what's offered now is basically dumplings and friedchicken. No real seating available inside, but people go for takeout anyway. Read more
