Been there 2 times. Both times I was told,"they didn't have enough supplies to make a milkshake. I won't be back.
I went to order in the drive through when I noticed there were no flavors listed on the menu. Strange, right? When I asked what... flavors they had, the drive through order taker stepped OUT of the restaurant, and kicked my dog! His manager was complainingabout policies, (he said he doesnt believe in expiration dates??) and he then berated me when I asked for Vanilla (said they'venever heard of it). We went to go get ice cream, they didn't have many flavors, not even chocolate or vanilla, asked the girl at the drive thru what... flavors they had, she wouldn't even tell us what flavors and just stood there silent, wouldn't recommend. Read more
Ordered a one scoop hot fudge sundae. Got one scoop, a dribble of hot fudge (1/4 of a teaspoon), dribble of whipped cream and a... spoiled cherry. While waiting at the drive-thru window, the employees backs were turned against us complaining of the'policies'. Will never return .... Dairy Queen in Venice has my business. Read more
I ordered One vanilla one chocolate court packed ..they did not have it so they packed it for me I got home ...open my ice cream... and they are very much short from being packed at least three or four scoops SHORT.... I go to the store very often and thistime I?m very disappointed... for $20 I should get a better service...And on top of it .....it took a long time. Read more
