The drive through service was rather quick and the cashier was nice, but when I got home to bite into my burger it was cold and... pink in the middle. Horrible location. Order is always wrong yet I still order here thinking it will change. Forgot the bacon one time, forget the... burger is plain next. Order a sprite, get a coke. Went at 10 pm. Ordered 2 biggie bags for 5$ each. Got charge 14.12? 4$ tax. Then ALL OF IT WAS COLD AND THE FRIES WERE OLD.... Also missing 1 of the orders of nuggets. I tried to call, no answer then it just disconnected me! Nope. No more from you! Read more
The coke here always tastes funny to my wife and I. Kiosk were down but no sign on them stating that so we just wasted 10 mins... trying to order. Ordered a med frosty and they managed to order me a small even after verifying I wanted a medium. Staff isalways rude. Read more
So I used there app for a delivery order, the charge was 3.99 for the delivery. Not bad being that gas is a bit expensive!! My... issue unfortunately was that it reset the ETA over 5 times, i was expecting the order to get canceled, thankfully it wasnt andit finally arrived, frosty melted & warm, ff were cold but salty, bread was 100000% past its shelf life & upgraded bacon onsalad was invisible, otherwise everything was nice. I go every morning for iced coffee.. it's usually perfect. This time.i ordered 4 for myself and friends and they were all super... watered down. I gave the manager a call he was extremely helpful and understanding and corrected our order. I truly appreciategreat customer service which is hard to even find now days. The food was hot and fresh. My double burger ???? was piping hot ???? and my fries ???? had to cool down before I could eat them... and of course I switched out on the soda ???? and got a medium Frosty for just a dollar more.
