If I could give a zero review I would. Me and my parents had went through the drive thru because their lobby is closed, we had... ordered three Mexican pizzas and got from an told at the window we are only allowed two per car. It doesn't say anything aboutit on the menu, no warning at the speaker or anything. The three of us wanted a Mexican pizza but had to order somethingdifferent hence to only two Mexican pizzas per car. I'm very disappointed, I hope my one soft taco will substitute the Mexicanpizza I ordered last minute and got rushed to do so. Read more
They were having some problems due to staff quitting and Serenity And her coworker stepped up without a manager to try to... fulfill orders, until their point of service went down and couldn?t accept payments - Serenity was kind throughout, people hadcalled her horrible names (unacceptable!) but she kept her composure and was so gracious and kind! This location has been a complete mess for WEEKS! At one point, only taking cash. Then no staff, so closed. Now? Drive-thru is... closed. What the hell? Weeks! Take your business across the street to Del Taco, don't waste the trip. They need to get ittogether. Read more
The staff is usually pretty friendly, the food is good, but the wait time here is insane. I have been waiting in the drive... through for 20 mins, there were 5 cars is front of me the begin with now there are still 3 cars in front of me. I can see alarge line inside of people waiting for their food as well. I usually avoid this taco bell because of the wait I thought it gotbetter but it is by far the longest wait out of any taco bell I have ever been to. Avoid this place if you are in a hurry. I had not heard of Taco Bell but a friend recommended it and I took my date here. Seems like a fun new concept that fits in the... fast casual international cuisine craze. TB provides authentic Mexican flavors from farm to table products in a hip and coolsetting young people will like. The 5280 crowd will love this place, good spot for connecting with the woman you love. Read more
When I arrived tonight, I expected to use the drive through. When I saw the line, I decided to go inside. I used the kiosk to... place my order expecting it to take a long time but I "wanted" some Taco Bell! Well, even though the line was long, the serverwas friendly, I received my entire order correctly and it was great. Thank you!! Read more
The good news is, it looked like this Taco Bell was remodeled recently. It has a nice modern look in the seating area. I don't... expect much from fast food joints, but even this was below the bar. I came in and asked about a special I thought I'd readabout in an article. They didn't know anything about the special and I couldn't find the article but I decided to orderanyway. I ordered the #6: Two Chalupas and a Taco. I also asked for 6 (2 per item) of Fire sauce. I get my bag of food andtake it to my table. Instead of 6 packets of Fire, I get something like 12 of a mix of Fire and Hot. And instead of two Chalupas(deep fried) I get two Gorditas (not fried). Honestly, the place was just so dirty I didn't even try to complain. I just wantedto eat and get out of there. The floor didn't look like it had been swept or mopped in days and just about every table insidewas dirty with food or spilled liquids. I should note this was at 11:30 AM, so before the lunch rush. Corporate did this place dirty. Half the time the lobby is closed and the other half the drive thru is closed. You can never... tell. Its understaffed, which is understandable. For taco bell, it's good food and good service. It's just totally unpredictableif it will even be open. Hopefully they get the people they need soon.
