The absolute worst subway we?ve ever been to. The kid was 100% new and still in training probably but there was two other... employees standing there watching this kid completely screw up BOTH of our sandwiches. He first of all smashed the bread andinserted probably 20 pieces of Turkey. The other sandwhich he didn?t open it while it was in the toaster so my bread just gotburnt to a crisp. The two other workers just watched this kid take 7 minutes to completely ruin two sandwhichs. I just wasted$22 on absolute garbage I am throwing away. Read more
I went in today to buy a sandwich. A 12 inch Turkey w lettuce/pickle. I literally was given 5 slices of Turkey on this 12 inch... sandwich. This store/sandwich maker should be ashamed. It feels like a ploy to force you to pay for extra meat. This wasnt asandwich.... it was lettuce and pickle on white bread. If I wanted that I would have ordered a veggie delight....What happenedto the new and improved Subway???? Like most things lately its corporate profits first and we get the scraps. Company totallylost all of my business. Used to come several times a week due to the fact that I work close by. Several of my co workers sawthis and even though I got completely ripped off today, we all had a good laugh at how terrible this sandwich was. Go to JimmyJohn's!! I ordered a salad and sandwich ich for delivery and this is the last time I get subway. The delivery was no problem it was my... order. My sandwich was messy and soggy and my salad was literally just lettuce with a little bit of toppings and no dressing atall. I have to chop up the bacon and some of the vegetables and find my own ranch when I get the food. Subway has gone down hillor maybe it?s this store. Read more
The two female staff working today were short and snotty. They were skimpy with vegetables and seasonings which I had to ask... several times for more and got rude looks. I was nice and asking with pleases and thank you?s. I asked for four drinks and onlygot three. After I paid I said I needed one more drink and she said I didn?t order it and it wasn?t worth the hassle to pay foranother drink. I didn?t even get a thank you upon leaving. My boyfriend worked at a different subway for a year and when someone came in with their buy 2 get 1 coupon he was able to apply... it. So why are they making us stand at the register and reorder it online?! Also I ordered the spicy italian and they didn'teven know what went on it! I was ordering it for my mom so I didn't know off the top of my head so they literally made me lookup what was on it to order it. They were so rude that I for sure will not be coming back. I highly suggest to everyone else todrive to a different Subway if you want to be treated with any sort of respect. Read more
Clean store, no issues, friendly staff. Really hoping the MANAGER will read this; Oct. 30th around 2:25pm, another customer... arrived shortly after me to place her order, I was eating my lunch quietly outside with my mother because it was such abeautiful day.. then was ruined by this customer approaching us with her complaints about an expired coupon, and couldn'tunderstand why they wouldn't take her coupon. I expressed to her TWICE that she was rudely interrupting my lunch, and ended uphaving to walk away because she kept going on. To be clear, it was NOT the three ladies' fault who had been working during thistime. The coupon was EXPIRED, she showed me during her tantrum..
