Stopped by to pick up a quick beverage . Went through the drive through and had a super associate take the order. She was... knowledgeable, friendly and quick. The associate at the pickup window was great too. They made a good day even better. And thedrinks were perfect! An all around A++ ! Read more
Not happy about my drink this morning. If I?m paying over $5 for a cup of coffee, I expect for it to be made to perfection. All... I got in return was a cup of coffee with milk. I asked for a grande and open my lid to find my cup about half full.Unacceptable. Please do better by your customers. Read more
My drink was made incorrectly. Called Crystal supervisor and she only offered to remake the drink I paid for and the messed up... on. Nothing for the inconvenience of me not getting my drink made correctly when I needed it to get thru work at 6AM. I evenasked if she can do anything for the inconvenience and she refused to do anything but remake the drink. I spend $7+ dollars aday here and this is the customer service I get when they made my drink incorrectly. Very disappointing. They do not care aboutcustomer service. Read more
I asked for a medium caramel Frappuccino and they gave me half of the cup filled with just whipped cream. Employees are rude!
Would give less than 1 star if it was available. One of the worst stores I?ve been to. The shift lead came to take our order... with a drink in his hand and air pods in his ears. The pastry display had NOTHING in it. Staff where drinking drinks behind thecounter while making our drinks. WAS NEVER GREETED OR TOLD THANK YOU. Drinks where subpar.
