I eat here every week. Normally for lunch at work. Food is normally amazing. Got my order today and it was wrong. Told them no... onions on the phone and the sandwich was covered in onions, all good everyone makes mistakes. But i tried to call the shop toget another sandwich and the guy could not even understand what I was saying, thought I was trying to place another order when Itold him 3 times I already picked one up that was wrong. Then nothing but silence and all of a sudden do you want that in acombo? Like im not trying to order again I need a replacement. I just said nevermind and hung up the phone. Not to mention theycharge extra in the store online it says lunch combos 11-4pm $6 and some change but got charged full price and the wrong food.Good luck getting me back there. Read more

They fall short with thin bland Ketchum, the buns have no toast, and very little flavor. Themozzarella cheese used in this cheesesteak has little flavor.
