2 stars because I have had good experiences in the past.. order online app tells me 30 minutes later it?s been delivered. Never... got it.. call to find out what?s going on driver took my order back to the store because he couldn?t get in my building.Building code is provided in instructions guy on the phone says it?s not I look again and it is provided no new pizza no nothingjust a eta of another 20 minutes for the same soggy 1 hour old pizza will not be back Read more
This location puts a bad taste in peoples mouth for Papa Johns as a whole. The big wigs need to see how little of toppings... they're putting on pizzas, how light they are using the cheese for each and every pizza that goes out and make these ownersserve people better. If i could give 1 star i would, guy who was taking my order was over the top rude. Told me "we will have your pizza shortly"... which i responded, i need it around 1, and he made an annoyed noise, and said "typically people tell us before the order iscomplete on when they want it" Which i repsonded "Typically you ask what time i would prefer my pizza to arrive" ANd he said "nowe just assume you want it now" So... over the top customer service at this local papa johns.
