Placed an order an hour and a half ago. I haven't ordered from Papa John's in awhile since they keep having delivery issues. It... showed in the tracker it was delivered once again. However, this was not the case. I called the store and was told they wereshort staffed, so they gave the order to Door Dash to deliver and I should wait 15 to 20 minutes and call back if it stillwasn't there. It's still not here and I called and talked to the manager and he said they would remake the order and have it outfor delivery in about 20 minutes. They offered me free food for next time, but I'm probably not ordering again. Read more
Ordered here, pizza was an hour late and cold. Called manager, said she couldn?t refund but had it on our account to get same... food for free next time we order? Nope! Lied to and Scammed! Read more
It's best not to argue with a customer when they say there are onions on something they requested no onions on. I am allergic,... reason I requested no onions. Clearly won't be ordering from this papa johns again since 1 they want to argue "I made it,there's no onions on it" and 2 don't care what their customers requested. Very bad customer service ???? I haven't ordered from Papa John's in many years but I was pleasantly surprised. Really felt like I got my money's worth. All... toppings distributed evenly. Pizza was cut all the way through. Really enjoyed their new stuffed crust. Would orderagain. Service was good. Super fast delivery. Definitely recommend. Read more
The new $6 Papadias are great; easy to eat even while as a passenger in car. Leftovers fit into sandwich bags. There is a BBQ... Chicken; Philly & cheese; Italian with salami & 4 cheeses with Alfredo unless you request the red sauce and the red sauce isincluded for dipping. I tried 3 of these and looking forward to them for lunches. Read more
Quality Control and customer service training is desperately needed. Ordered 8 Buffalo wings with an extra sauce. 4 of them were... about 95% dry. 3 of them were roughly 60% dry. ONE was a buffalo wing. Only received one of the sauces I paid for. When Icalled, they did remake the order and send it back out. But the guy on the phone was extremely rude and condescending about it.Received the new ones 39 minutes later. As a passive aggressive move, they completely smothered the new ones and even put in anextra side of buffalo sauce. At least they are buffalo wings, and edible this time. The staff is friendly but I'm tired of my $12 pizza magically turning into a $24 pizza between paying for the seasonings,... parmesan, paying for 1 garlic sauce since it doesn't come with thin crust pizza even though the cost is the same, and paying$8. to have the pizza delivered between the tip and the delivery fee. The last two times we waited an hour for our food. Thistime the pizza was burned. I did ask for well- done but black crust was not requested. I hate to complain but the last 3 visitshave been disappointing. Even my teen didn't like the pizza tonight. Read more
V were returning from the airport at night 10.30 PM and we chose to order pizza from this place. We ordered a veggie pizza for... take-away and the taste was delicious. The thin crust pizza was so perfect, it was so good for our hungry tummies. They providedvery good service even at the odd hour. I would definitely be ordering pizza from this place again. Read more
