I starting coming here a couple of times and everything was going ok but my concern is when you guess ARE OUT OF SOMETHING... please put it on the ORDER ON LINE MENU because as a customer we order and use our points and when we get to the place they tellus ?OH WE DONT HAVE THAT!? Like REALLY!!!! So my thing is ok we get a get a REFUND ON THAT but HIW DO WE GET OUR POINTS BACKSINCE, we DIDN?T get NOTHING since they were out! HMMMM???? Do yourself a favor and either drive a few blocks down to the one on Hampden or the one up federal. This is literally one of the... worst locations I?ve been to. Multiple times they forget my items, mess up my order, the food taste terrible like it?s beensitting out for hours. I?ve had times where the employees argue with me about what I ordered. Went through drive thru to get dinner tonight, was told to hold on, and they shut the lights off on us and another car. Ended up... going elsewhere after waiting in drive thru for nothing. Normally they're better than this so they got the 2 stars. Read more
I live near this location and purposely drive to next nearest. Always out of something, long wait for drive thru, and they will... still mess up order. If you read, it's worth driving to the next nearest location. Read more

Tl;Dr several mistakes in the order and shorted fries Went through the drive-thru, which was quick and staff was friendly... enough. However, several parts of my order were wrong. Part of my order was a children's McNugget meal with apple slices. Well,there was no sauce and I received fries. Another part of my order was a large fry - it was only half full. Actually comparing tothe medium fry I also ordered, the medium fry had more fries. Read more
Take your money somewhere else terrible staff terrible food it's so hard to make a couple burgers. Then i go in there to see if... they could make it right the Manger sends out one of the employees to talk to me instead of actually talking to me and plus shewas on her phone and it took her so long to even notice I was there.
