I hated the service. It was absolutely terrible. The manager of all people talked down to me like he owned the place. He... literally defines the word incel. I would leave no stars of I could but I'm not the only one upset with this store. So I will leave my experience. NO answer after... more than a week!?... So wrong I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt for being busy. But this store is just awful and thelast order over an houre and the man on the phone was so rood huffed at me and was upset I was willing to wait for my food. Andnow no answer just a voice mail every time I want to give this store a chance. If you work fast food it is hard I understand butdon't be rood they help pay your bills. I have worked fast food.. My friend recently needed to place an order for catering. Shout out to Colin who answered all her questions and helped plan a... meal for a surprise graduation party. He was polite and efficient. We truly appreciated his demeanor. During a time in our liveswhen one is never sure of how staff at an establishment will treat a customer, it was nice to see that an employee took the timeto help. Food for the most part has been good, a few errors here and there but nothing unmanageable. The real problem is either the staff... or management. Wait times are anywhere between 45min to an hour on any given day/night. They don't really do much to fix/correctthe issue and it's been going on for some time now.
