Hash browns were super hard like a rock and so was the toast like I know toast is supposed to be hard but not that hard! I have... ate here before and service sucked so I thought ordering it would be different but I guess not. First thing right off we asked for a booth. The manager said we have none available. My husband pointed out that there was one.... In fact there was a lot of them. He rolled his eyes and said don't get upset. And then took us to a tablet complaining thatDennys has closed downand their business is now coming to them. He also complained that all his staff had gone back to schooland he needed help. The waitress came and brought us coffee and told us another waitress would help us. We sat there for 15 to20 minutes no one came to take our order. The manager swept and delivered food to other guest. The waitress who brought ourcoffee sat more customers behind us at another booth and took their drink order. By then we gave up and I had to get themanagers attention who again rolled his eyes and I said we are done, how much is the coffee. If she can take the next boothsorder we are done. He said don't worry about it, with attitude. So we left. I understand he was short staffed but isn't it isjob to step up. I won't be going back there for a while. Read more
Wish i would have read the reviews before I went here. We were greeted quick but then left standing there. When we were finally... seated the servers just kept walking passed us.
