Reviews for Hoong's Palace in Englewood, CO
Service was a bit slow but other than that everything was great. Server was quick with refilling waters and checking drinks.... When we pointed out that they'd forgotten to bring the edamame they were quick to bring it out and apologetic. Seems like theyhave a lot of pickup orders in staff is busy working on that but they didn't make you feel left out. Good food! Pineapplechicken was great. Read more
The food was great! I liked that the lunch plates came with a garnish of half an orange and the meal also came with an eggroll... and a fried wanton. The fried wanton was the best I've ever had. I wish I could say just what made the wanton so great. Ithad just the right amount of filling in comparison to the crust Read more
Delicious fresh Chinese food. Excellent spices. Update a year later... Still the best Denver Chinese food.
This place was wonderful for our family. Great food and service. Also very clean
Today I am near Centennial, just got off work. Somehow Mapo Tofu is in my mind and I have not been to Hoong’s. Friendly staffs... and no waiting time on my orders, very good flow. Food arrived fast and hot. I like silky tofu and not too spicy, chef made itright. Also I like to ask for rice bowl coz it’s hard to eat on a plate for me. Lemon CK can satisfy my deep fired craving.Wok skill presented in lemon sauce. I wonder how to make it so clear. It’s good food and I am happy. Read more

Surprisingly very good chinese place. The people can be upfront sometimes, but they’re down for business. They have great... lunch menu and quality foods. The price is reasonable for what they’ve got to offer. My favorite must be the orange chicken. The breading is thin and the sauce is perfect, it has bit of ginger and orange zest in the sauce. The togo lunch is good sized, come with broccoli, eggroll, and cheese wonton. Highly recommend this place, especially for lunch. Read more
Our visit was surely one to remember. We ordered a full meal with appetizers (Combination Lo Mein, Shrimp With Asparagus, Wonton... Soup, Crispy Spring Rolls, Shrimp Lettuce Wraps and 2 Apple Martinis). Everything came to the table hot and was presentedwell. There were just a couple of parties in the restaurant when we arrived but many more people had arrived by the time weleft. This place does get busy around 5pm and we left just as the rush got started. There is a very dark and cozy atmosphereinside the restaurant, with ethnic decor kept very neat and orderly. The service was top notch. Every ordered item came outquickly and was steaming hot. By the time one course was finished, the next course was ready to be served. We arrived at 4:30pmand left within 30 minutes. Overall, this was a very nice occasion and was met with an equally nice tip! This is our favoriteAsian restaurant in the area, without question. From takeout to dine in, the food is consistently fresh and served quickly. Fivestars! Read more
