Discovered this hidden gem from my Aussie friend who has a knack for dragging me out during cold winter days. We came here... escape drab, take in the brave golfers on the course, be serenaded by the trio playing and have an endless cup of conversationwith happy bellies. Tucked in the back by the bar, this is probably one of the nicest spread for a buffet and particularly in aHilton hotel. Perfectly priced for crab legs, prime rib, lamb, duck, osyters, scallops, waffles and the traditional omelettestation with bottomless mimosas. The bloody mary was pretty spot on as well. The hotel lobby is pretty and inviting should youneed to park your full belly for a bit. Service can get behind when they are busy but expected with its popularity. Staff isfriendly and attentive. I do encourage reservations so you can ensure a spot. Until you change your thinking, you will recycleyour experiences. Good thing the Garden Terrace changed my mind about weekend brunch buffets. Way overpriced! Some food was excellent: the carving station, made to order omlets, and fresh seafood. BUT Eggs Benedict had a... solid yoke, ham was rubbery, and hollandaise was meh. The bagel toppings looked good, but there were no bagels to put them on. Both kinds of potatoes were average at best. BbQ shrimp was bland. Pastries were of big box store quality. Fresh fruit wasgreat but cheeses were just ok, although the jam pairings were yummy. Italian meats tasted like they'd been out too long. Theykept running out of plates; no one seemed on top of replenishment. Table service and station service was OK. Most werepleasant, but some seemed inconvenienced and rather put out. On the hand the servers at the dessert buffet were delightful. Unfortunately they didn’t make up for the tastelessness of the very pretty desserts. The mimosas were ok, but for the price ofthe brunch the bottomless option should have been included and not subject to an upcharge. The food was beautifully displayed,the room was lovely, the music was good, but way too loud. The experience was supposed to be a huge treat for my family, butleft us underwhelmed. Won't be back. This buffet starts out great with an amazing selection of cheese with suggested jams and meat. Moving through just keeps... improving. My favorite was the duck and the salmon poke. You can never go wrong with the traditional options as well of primerib, crab legs, or eggs made to order. The desert selection is by for the best I've seen at a brunch. Sunday Brunch is amazing! Tons of food choices, great atmosphere, clean with friendly accommodating staff!

Wow. Dare I say the best Sunday brunch buffet in Denver. I wish my stomach was 3 times bigger so I could gorge myself on an... entire breakfast, and also eat all of the butternut squash scallops, and still have space for the dozen plus different minideserts. Fun and classy staff take their jobs seriously. Way more seriously than you should take your calorie intake if you comeon a Sunday brunch. Read more
