I use this 7-Eleven pretty often as I work in the neighborhood. I will not be going here anymore considering the treatment I... recieved this morning. I had purchased a Esco Bar Pastel Cartel yesterday afternoon and hadn't opened it until this morningbecause I was still using my previous one. The new one I opened this morning did not work straight out of the box. I immediatelycalled this location and a gal answered and I explained the situation. She said that a manager was on location and to come inand they would help me out. I was there within ten minutes. I explained the issue to the man behind the counter wearing a Trulyhat and he told me there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to a manager as that was the reason I was there and he saidthere was no manager on site that day. He was taunting me and laughing at me and my situation and even went as far as to call mea liar claiming I did not purchase it from there. I was not offered a receipt upon that purchase but I was willing to show himmy bank statement and he could have easily checked the footage at the time I was there the day before. He did not want to.Instead, it seemed like he faked a phone call to the manager. While he was doing that, a customer behind me started calling me a"Karen" and proceeded to get louder with me because she was having a bad day. The man behind the counter laughed at me alongwith her as she told me to get out. The workers did nothing as she berated me. I left with no refund, no exchange and now out$23 all because someone did not want to exchange a faulted product. After further investigation, I realized that there is a BarCode on the side of the packaging I purchased and it turns out that this is a knock off box and does not register on the PastelCartel website. So not only did 7-Eleven scam me for my money with a faulty product, they are selling knock offs and profitingoff of them. I will not be returning. Read more

I use this 711 when I'm at my daughter's house and every time I'm there I never am charged the same price for a refill soda... drink which is outrageous I was just charged $1.68 for a refill. Read more

I tried to order through them, got over charged, waited for an hour and a half just to be told my order got cancelled and I'm... still being charged a full amount. Honestly thought I got scammed. Tried to make up for their mistake with a free deliveryvoucher. Never want anything to do with them again Read more

Accept payment, didn’t offer me my 20 cents in change (I know it’s not a lot but I’m in high school and collect my change... to save up) and when I asked for it I was told that I would not be getting my change and I was all good to leave. I do armed Security and I come to this location on Broadway and Dartmouth here in Denver, CO. I do not have access to a bathroom... when I am on duty. My normal guy was not at this location tonight. He knows that I am an over night guard and have no access toa restroom what so ever and I work 12 hr shifts 3 days a week. Well today I was disrespected by a guy who seems to be new. WhenI told him I have no access to bathroom be handed me the bathroom key and looked at me like he was just disgusted with me as afemale just asking for the bathroom key. When I was done, I put the key down and said thank you!. As I was getting into my carhe looked at me twice through the window and was saying something, which was disrespectful! My normal cashier guy is alwaysrespectful and had the key ready for me. I have a severe medical issues with my ovaries! I'm always greeted with "Hello, howhave you been or where have you been, I haven't seen you. Hope you're okay" I felt very disrespected, especially as a female inSecurity! The new management at this 7-11 is horrible! The employee, I believe to be the manager proceeded to rip the money out of my hand... when I paid for my items. Are you serious? Learn some manners and some respect for your customers. Oh and by the way you shouldnever disrespect U. S. currency in that manner. Read more
