Literally stood in line with 4 people behind us for over 20 minutes watching the employee scan and stock shelves. I asked if she... would be able to check us out soon, and she responded that she was the only one working & had to stock first...like, why do youhave to stock first? She didn't give a reason and just continued to ignore the line. We, along with another customer, wereforced to leave our items and leave the store, as waiting to check out at a 7-11 for half an hour is absolutely insane. I knowhelp is short, but this was unprofessional & ridiculous. She could have easily put her scanner down, checked out customers &gone back to that when the store was empty. OMG! My wife went in here this morning because its morning after 12:00. She wanted to put cash on her on Chime bank card Well... usually the transaction is instant money in the account right away. Well we got the street no money in the account. Usually theygive you a receipt for the transaction. We looked at the recipe and it said he gave us a refund of 504.95. So we went back. Werealized as we were driving this S.O.B. tried to pocket our money. He didnt even stop the money. But he fixed it because he wascaught. If we would of went home and listened to the old 24 he grace period he would of got over on us. Watch your transactionshere. Read more

I had an similar experience to Katie Dennis. I had ran to the gas station from work completely forgetting my mask at the... office. I would have turned around to get it, however I looked into the building to see the manager, the cashier, and a vendorinside with no mask on. After seeing this, I thought, I?ll run in quickly and quietly to grab what I needed and leave withoutspeaking or breathing much inside. Instead, the cashier (with no mask on) told me he couldn?t check me out unless I had a mask.Before pointing out that he was telling me this with no mask on I tried to explain that I had forgot it at work. He again statedhe couldn?t check me out without a mask. This is when I said, you aren?t wearing a mask but yet you?re telling me I have to wearone. I then said I wanted to speak with the manager. She had to run back to her office to grab her own mask. She then told me Ihad to leave as I didn?t have a mask. All this while her own employee still wasn?t wearing a mask and I just watched her help acustomer with no mask on. THE HYPOCRISY! What gets me is, I had already walked around the store, grabbed what I needed, andwaited in line to checkout before anyone said anything to me. By making me leave, you?re now putting items back on the shelfthat we?re touched. This is worse than quietly checking me out and reminding me to bring a mask next time. July/2020 I Stopped at this location for gas and a car wash. The receipt didn't print in the pump so I ran inside to get a... receipt. Forgot my mask since I wasn't planning to go inside. Totally made a mistake, however, I could not believe how rude andmean the woman was. I agree masks are required and am very careful and respectful of the guidelines... just made a mistake. Ioffered to stand back or go grab my mask out of the car but instead she went on and on with a mask lecture and a personal issue.I will never go back to that store. I don't mind being reminded to wear a mask but I did NOT deserve to be treated that way andshe should not be in customer service. Read more

Every single time I come in the same employee is there, buzzed hair random piercings blank wide eyed expression on her face like... shes coming off a 5 day binge. She's awful. Rude. Talks smack about people who just paid and walked out of the door. At first Ithought maybe she is just awkward or doesn't like women because she is always staring at men in line behind me and when I'm inline behind and she's assisting/ checking out a male she's more than friendly. I've gone back because it's the closest gasstation to my job but every day she's just rude to me. Most days she has something way better to be doing than helping and isalways annoyed after ringing up my energy drink and tells me my total and I have to repeat myself for the second or third timethat's I'd also like a pack of cigarettes.. she clearly doesn't like me as today she decided to screamed "bye" at me and rolledher eyes and threw her arms in the air as if i wasnt leaving fast enough for her to talk to the man behind me in line. I wasreally offended. Maybe she should not be in customer service. Last straw. She is really rude, completely unprofessional and Ihate leaving your store feeling like I've done something wrong by coming in and inconveniencing her. I will be driving a littlefurther for my mid day snack/energy drink/cigarettes now. I will say your store is one the cleanest but she's so offputting iwont subject myself to her attitude again.
