I bought several items today from this store. One of the items I bought was expired but didn't realize until I had arrived home.... I called the store to advise them that the particular item I purchased was stale and had expired. The male employee lied andsaid he couldn't do anything about and hung up on me. I tried calling back several times and he refused to answer. This ishorrible customer service and I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give negative stars, I would. There's a lady there that works at 5 in the morning that is very rude. Its always the same lady.Been in that store like 7 times... n everytime she gives you attitude or just rude in general I highly recommend finding someone to replace her or you're going tolose a lot of customers. It?s sad to see how many people have come across the same bad experience with the workers at this location ! The manager is the... mom who is nice but her daughter or daughters have no social or customer service skills at all . They are absolutely rude tocustomers and I experienced this first hand. So after reading all the reviews you find a common theme. RUDE. It?s funny because the owners daughter works there as a... attendant and is as constantly dismissive as her co-worker. I asked them if it were possible to have the pizza made for me as ittakes two minutes, according to staff on a previous day, and instead of a polite no or some made up excuse they both just lookedat each me and ignored the question. I'm a local They have terrible management Never have hot fresh coffee Never have most of the things that we go in for on a... regular daily basis, smokes,milk, beer,bathroom, fuel. Please don't get me wrong with the associates that are almost alwaysgreat. I think that the owner needs to find a decent manager who knows how to order the products that we all buy on a regularbasis. I have been here many times since I work near by. I will say the place has gone down hill. Staff gets more rude each time I go... in. The customer service lacks and employees are more into their own conversations then being there to actually work. I willdrive the couple extra miles to avoid this 7-11. Read more
