Service totally sucks, carhops can't get the simplest orders right, neither can they make change. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Slow. Order 3 drinks at 326 and got at 407. If it hadn't been for the fact i order on the app I would have canceled. We even... called from our stall at 345 and was told it was headed out now! Stopped a car hop at 400 and finally got our order at 407.Still gave 3 stars because the order was correct. Read more

I ordered a three piece chicken strip dinner. My total came to $9.70 I handed the car hop a $20 bill she said she had to go... inside and get change. When she came back to my vehicle she handed me $8 and said "do you want the cents back too?" I then toldher "ma'am my order was $9.70, I handed you a $20 bill I should be getting back $10.30" She then said, "Oh I guess you'reright". She then asked how much money she had a handed me back, I told her $8 she said "so how much do I owe you?". I told her$2.30. she handed me two more $1 bills and said "so do you want the cents back?" To top this off, when I got home and opened mybox the chicken strips looks like they had been fried twice. The tater tots were barely cooked, the one onion ring that comeswith the meal was so overcooked it was inedible. The small little container of white pepper gravy, it was less than halffull. An employee that doesn't know how to count back the proper change plus inedible food equals I will not go back thereagain!! I am editing my review because as I look back over other reviews it becomes clear that the employees practically thinkor believe they are entitled to the customer's change!!! Let me give those employees a little bit of advice, if you would like atip from the customers, earn it! Be polite. Be gracious. And remember while you are an employee of Sonic, you work for thepublic. We don't owe you our change with your nasty attitudes for sure!! Another edit to this review: after I posted this reviewI got a notification that the owner had replied to my review. An apology was given to me by the owner because of my review and Iwas encouraged to call or visit a website to follow up on my complaint. Well with the website URL I was given and error codepopped up saying that it was not a valid URL so I called the toll free number. Server forgot to give change in drive up, finally had to go inside the kitchen after waiting 40 minutes!!!!! Drive thru - made... order, pulled up to window, server asked what he could get for us...so we ordered again-20 minutes for 2 drinks!!!! Ordered online, when they brought out the food they said out of Onion rings, can we get you some fries, sure. So my corn dogs... and replacement fries were COLD. By far worst sonic I have ever been to. The management does not care. Order is always wrong. Doesn't matter if it's on app or... not. Says online they are open at 6 on Saturdays. Placed mobile order. Arrived and checked in around 610. At 635 a guy walks outwith no uniform on and tells me they don't open until 7 even though it says 6 on the building and the stalls are on. Refused torefund me. Have had multiple issues and made multiple complaints but they do not care. And I have found out alot of the ti.eit's two of the managers who are the rude ones. Don't waste your time here. My longest wait was almost 40 minutes a week ago for2 drinks and they were wrong. Again made complaint. Manager was rude. Read more

I don't understand why people can't buy a bag of ice or 2 cups of ice. If people are willing to pay for it shouldn't they be... able to buy it. I nor other people that had this problem received an explanation. That's really the only complaint I have everhad. Too bad Read more

They made our order of a small slush, tea and 2 waters wrong. Took over 5 min and we and only 1 car were there. The girl was... fixing her hair as she was trying to talk to us and then said well I haven't got enough to change you wanted to keep our 89cents and my sister said just give me my dollar and I'll find .19 cents and then all the sudden she found change. My sisterordered water with lemon slices. They said there's no lemon slices because we didn't feel like cutting them so we just squirtedlemon flavor in. My slush was to be cherry a small. What they gave me wasn't cherry it was so sour you couldn't drink it andtasted and smelled horrible. This all happened after they were all yelling at the top of their lungs before coming to thewindow. Very disappointed and will never go back.
