Worst Customer service experience of my life. I ordered through the app for pickup. stood there for 15 minutes before anybody... even addressed me. waited an additional 15 minutes for my food.waited again another 10 minutes after I received my food whichwas slammed on the counter by an employee, for my cup for my drink while 4 to 5 employees all had their backs to me not payingany attention to a customer inside the store.the store was a mess it was dirty.sticky counters,and just in general disarray.iwill not come back here ever again. Total disaster in this place. Never got a receipt from the kiosk. Manager and tech support couldnt reprint. Employees... standing around playing with rubix cube when i clearly had the assistance light lit. Three if them playing. Every table wasdirty. Even packaging had mustard covering it. Ordered 2 Happy Meals, 1 was absolutely wrong. Ordered chicken nuggets got Cheeseburger instead. Our son was NOT HAPPY. ????
