Waited over 15 minutes for a standard sandwich?. What made it worse is that I watched multiple people come in AFTER me and get... their orders (sandwiches & drinks), which I found ridiculous since I was told drive thru was backed up ????????????. Read more
I gave them a four because the staff are always nice. The company needs to teach the staff how to make better drinks.

i worked here and i have never been treated so unfairly and been so disrespected and used up at a job that pays minumum wage... (not even mentioning all of the extra tasks that I did for the lazy terrible managers). by far the worst dunkin to have anyaffiliation with, whether your a customer or employee. it is much more worth it to go across the street and waste a few extraminutes of your time and a few extra dollars at starbucks? No customer service. Messed up two very simple coffee orders. The employees get upset/rude when you bring back the coffee to be... made the way you ordered it. Please give these employees some proper training on customer service. Read more
Absolutely amazing.. another Dunkin made my latte wrong and I stopped here to see if they could fix it for me as I didn't want... to go back to the one that put the coconut flavor shot in my cocoamocha latte (for those that don't know a cocoamocha latte ismocha syrup topped with whipped cream hot cocoa powder and chocolate drizzle)when I walked in I was happily greeted by Vic. Iasked if there was anyway she could remake it for me , she said absolutely. Kerri came over to let me know they didn't haveoatmilk and to ask if I wanted almond milk instead I asked if it tasted like almonds and she said no it's more of a vanillaflavor then almond and she asked if I wanted to try it to be sure I said yes please. She was absolutely amazing. Her and Vicboth did an awesome job even with my slight attitude because I was upset... This is now my go to location. Thank you ladies.Your kindness made my whole morning.
