Reviews for McDonald's in Endwell, NY
I had a mobile coupon gave the guy the code he gave me the total I said thats the incorrect price but I'll pull up. Got to the... window he gave me the total again I explained about the coupon again and showed him the offer on my phone. He just kept sayingthe total over and over and read it back not understanding that one item was supposed to be free. I asked to speak with amanager and he just kept repeating the order over and over when I loudly said I want to ask your Manager repeatedly he ignoredme and just kept mumbling the order. I said it loud enough so anyone in the store could hear me and the employees behind himacted like I wasn't loudly asking to speak with a manager. It was unbelievable, but its McDonald's so I guess not that hard tobelieve. Don't plan on ever going back to that location. Read more
Definitely the worst McDonalds in the area. I waited nearly 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker with no response. When I was... finally greeted, I ordered a Bacon McDouble and small fries, but only got the Bacon McDouble. How hard is it to forget one smallthing on a small order? Apparently my sister has gone through the same thing multiple times at this location. What a joke. Read more
I was given a day old room temperature cup of coffee (undrinkable) and did not realize it until I was already on the highway. ... They only issue a refund if you return the product - so McDonalds stole 2 dollars from me. Forgetting a pickle is one thing butserving day old room temperature coffee is criminal. Not just careless - they just don?t care. It is not worth the frustrationto go to McDonalds - go somewhere else. Read more
Lately service is at an all time low my food is cold by the time it's given to me they don't care if the food is wrapped... properly, or if they dump all the fries into the bottom of the bag, or if your supposed to be frozen drink is completelyliquefied. This location has gone to hell and I don't recommend them to anyone not until they have someone that actual caresenough to make people do there jobs properly! Read more

It took 20 minutes to get an iced coffee. 2 cars in front of me, each about 5 minutes. Then I sat in the drive thru window for... 10 minutes with nobody coming to the window. Huge line growing behind me. Finally someone comes to the window, takes my creditcard, gives me the iced coffee and doesn't say a word about the delay. I understand they are short staffed, but beingacknowledged in the 10 minutes would have been great. They weren't even in sight the whole time. I was actually worried aboutthem, that maybe something happened to them. I was getting ready to call the police to check on them. Read more
I usually go to this McDonald's even though there is another that is closer to home, because at this McDonald's they are have a... high turnover, are speedier, and the fries are usually fresh. When I dropped by today to get fries and an iced tea, I was quitedisappointed by the fries. When I took the bag at the drive through, I could feel the heat of hot, yummy fries inside. When Ipeaked in before driving away, I could see the really filled my large fry box full. Oh goodie! Joke was on me though - they putfresh hot fries on top of old cold fries. I cry foul! Not fair! When someone orders only fries and a drink, what they crave isthose delicious hot fries - not fresh hot fries on top of tough old fries, to get me on my way. After all, the drive thrucustomer most likely will not come back to complain, right? On another note, the iced tea was perfectly refreshing anddelicious! Read more
I used to work for McDonald's when I was younger; both at a franchise and a corporate restaurant. This restaurant was a mess. ... The general condition of the restaurant is what I would consider unsanitary. The floor in the lobby was dirty and slippery withfood and other discarded items on it. And you can also easily see the same conditions behind the counter. Even worse was thatthis restaurant had a play area and I could only imagine the sanitary conditions of it. Other than the staff, I was the onlyone in the restaurant so I POLITELY and PROFESSIONALLY called the manager to bring the condition; first to her attention (shewas having none of it, turned her back and walked away), and then a gentleman (Justin, I believe) came to speak with me. I madesure to never speak when a customer was around (during the entire conversation, there was only one customer that was onlybriefly in the restaurant). Justin just made excuses and made no effort to call someone to remedy the situation. As I left therestaurant, I noticed that they forgot my fries. How they can miss one of only two items I ordered escapes me (the other itemwas a Big Mac). If the Heath Department saw the restaurant as I did, there would be real problems for them. My recommendationis to avoid this particular McDonald's restaurant at all costs. Read more
