3 1/2 stars...Hmm..what to say. What to say. My beef (pardon the pun) has to do with consistency and (as car buffs say, "fit... and finish"). On the plus side you will find courteous and responsive staff. However ....on one visit your meal is how your eyesvisualized it, and your taste buds are happy. The next? Not so much - and you are left longing for more (mainly because yoursandwich isn't as portion happy with the condiments you crave - the very reason why you went there in the first place). Quality also "takes a roller coaster ride". Now - to be fair - this may all be a sign of the times, as low staffing and CoVid takes itstoll everywhere. You don't always receive "as seen on TV" portions. On the plus side - staff are responsive to fix anythingbrought to their attention. Finally - there has been a beeping sound in the service area for weeks (smoke alarm)? In anyevent, annoying for regular diners. Final observation... The bathrooms are nice and usually kept in good order. However - thesoap dispenser in the men's room is over the grab bar, rendering the grab bar useless and dangerous for those who need it themost. The floor is also slick (not wet); whatever is being used on the floor is the cause. By the way - I was a Burger Kingmanager "back in the day" at this location and in other area BK restaurants. The morning shift managers are very rude to new hires. Snapping degrading very insulting towards a newer employee. Real nice BK
rude staff, delivery orders never started until the driver arrives, and more often than not they need to write down the order... from the app onto paper before its started. "you need to move" instead of "can you move please?"?? from a manager?? what a joke.you can't keep a single order straight, yet it's the customers' fault. sure. Read more
Usually this place is decent, however today was just down right unbelievable. My drink was half filled, burger looked like it... was beat with a baseball bat mercilessly before being wrapped, and the fries tasted like pure salt. Someone was having a bad dayat work today. The food I had ordered for my family was also of terrible quality. Whoever was working at this place at around4pm on 11/12/21 needs a good talking to, if not a loss of their job.
