It was horrible! As I was paying and the young man who made my sandwich told me that he usually only makes the sandwiches and... didn't know how to use the register. Which was fine so I asked him to please get someone that could ring me up. An old lady,very old, came out of the back and started screaming at me and was extremely rude, she acted like it was my fault that my orderwas not rung up yet. I told the young man to watch her ring me up so he would know for next time how to do it and she screamedat me that he had other things to do but there was nobody in the store. I told him that it was a shame that she didn't want himto take advantage of a learning experience and wanted to hold him back from being more efficient at his job. She then screamedat me that there are other Subway restaurants I can go to next time. I tried calmly to ask her why she was mad at me and toldher to have a better day and as I was speaking she put her hands over her ears and made noises like a child would do if theydidn't want to hear someone speak. It was a surreal experience that I don't want to repeat! Shame on her for going through lifeso miserably and to be taking it out on the public, innocent customers, is an embarrassment! Nice location on Louise. Tight parking lot. Fast service. I was able to order my food for three people at 6pm and be out of... there within five minutes and the order was accurate. Good spot. Read more
This place is super nasty!!! I ordered the daily deal which was oven roasted chicken and the guys working were making different... sandwiches and reaching over and across eachother which grossed me out...then I took a bite and the chicken was purplish browninside to the point I had to spit it out! I actually really like subway so I was bummed out..I went inside in hopes of maybegetting a different one made and the old lady said I had to get the same sandwich!!! After going back and forth with her I askedfor my money back..she said I had to give back the chips and drink as well!!! So I did and she asked why the chips wereopen..ummmmm bcuz I'm hungry and didn't expect all of this!!! Thankfully I got my money back but never will I come back to thisspot. Save urself and just drive somewhere else bcuz it's unsanitary and food is disgusting! Read more
I love this place. The owners are so nice, the old lady knows me by my name and always keeps my sandwich warm when I order... online. I go at least once a week and enjoy it every time. Read more
Not bad. They try to maintain social distance between customers and they use gloves. The problem is the customers who get too... closer and can?t wait patiently for their turn. Sandwich was good, although needed to repeat everything few times. Will comeback. Read more
I ordered chopped salad. Proper hygiene was not observed. The lady was just chopping the salad with her hands. (As if crampling... the veggies like a paper.) Then chicken breast served was old and hard to chew. I hope next time proper protocol should beobserved. Read more
I went there this afternoon, and the guy who was taking the order was so annoyed, I just want to know if they have the ?Ultimate... Cheesy Garlic Bread? because apparently is something new like they show in the advertising in the front of the store, and heanswered me so grumpy and annoyed, and told me that if I want more information I have to talk with his manager. I didn?t buyanything. I talked with the manager and she started to justify his mood. I can understand that everyone has bad days but itwasn?t my fault! If you work attending people you have to treat with respect and patience. They don?t deserve any star and anyclient. Read more
I don't agree that Subway should have changed the breads...I was so looking forward to getting the original wheat bread...and... the chicken breast is no longer available either! But the sandwich was okay. It's not the same anymore. Read more
