It is clear the Health Department has not been at this Starbucks in a long time. It is quite unsanitary and the bathroom is... GROSS! There was urine all over the floor, no toilet sheets, hand dryer wasn?t working and the base of the toilet was full ofgrime. I let one of the nice co workers know about how ignored this bathroom is. She said they clean it every hour. It makes mewonder how clean the food and coffee section are. This was one of my favorite Starbucks for a long time. It is a shame what ishappening to this location. Nice place, indoor and outdoor. Wi-Fi is hard to connect to but once connected it?s working. Restrooms are closed !!
I have been coming to this Starbucks for at least off and on for 3 year's. I usually meet friends here... The patio facing the... street is KILLER. It's a bit loud during the afternoon..especially the lunch crowd. I was meeting with a friend forcappuccino and desserts. We like to meet and hang in door's. This location is very popular with people who are meeting friends,first dates, etc. The parking is complicated and it's every dog for himself. There is a CVS ..at the opposite end . If you ever need to meet somebody on Ventura boulevard let's say for an interview, or a business meeting etc I would definitely... recommend this particular location. There is plenty of parking it's freeway close and there's plenty of outdoor seating. It'salso located in a shopping center so it's really easy to describe it to somebody who's not familiar with the area. Other thanthat it's a Starbucks... Beautiful location especially if you seat by the fountain outside! This place use to be a Barnes and Noble years ago, that just... tells how long I have been going there. The whole shopping center has a lot to offer including restaurants and other retailfront shops. This location is also well centralized and close to the frwy and everything else the city of Encino has to offer. Read more
This is a nice Starbucks, and it actually has a parking lot. It gets pretty busy in this area, but there always seems to be a... parking space available. The employees are nice, and the store is clean. They made a really good matcha latte. I feel like a lotof other Starbucks kind of skimp you on the matcha powder, and it ends up tasting like warm milk, instead of matcha. This placemade a good one! Read more
